Who Are We?
Founded in 2000, the New Hampshire Chapter of the Romance Writers of America is a non-profit organization promoting the reading and writing of romance fiction!
We are a chapter of the Romance Writers of America organization, a professional association for 8,500 published and aspiring romance writers. Members of RWA write the novels that make up 48% of all popular paperback fiction and generate more than one billion dollars in sales each year.
NHRWA members write in all subgenres of romance, including contemporary, Regency, historical, paranormal, Young Adult, New Adult, and erotica. We have a mix of traditionally-published, self-published, and not-yet-published members that hail from New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts. We meet monthly from September through June, offering varied programming, critique opportunities, and fabulous friendships.
